What Our Warranty Covers

What is covered. For 2 years from the final walk-through, we repair at no charge any defect in our workmanship: tile or grout that cracks or loosens because of how it was installed, leaks at plumbing connections we made, failure of the shower waterproofing we installed, and cabinets, doors or fixtures we installed that come out of adjustment. What is not covered. Damage from misuse, accidents or lack of normal care (for example, not resealing natural stone); products you supplied yourself (we still warranty our labor to install them); normal settling or movement of the house outside the remodeled area; and work changed or repaired by someone else after we finish. Manufacturer warranties. Fixtures, appliances, cabinets and countertops carry their manufacturers' warranties, which we register in your name. How to make a claim. Call, text or email us with a photo. We schedule a visit, usually within a week, and if the problem is covered we fix it at no cost.
