A sound hall bath where the toilet, tub and vanity stay where they are.
- Demolition to the studs at the wet wall, haul-away

Full Bathroom Remodel

Two-Week Kitchen Refresh

2 weeks
Cabinet boxes are sound; counters, backsplash and fronts are tired.
- Quartz countertops, undermount sink and faucet

- Cabinet painting or new doors on existing boxes
- New hardware, under-cabinet LED lighting
- Appliance reinstall in the same footprint

Full Kitchen Remodel

New cabinets and layout in the existing room.
- Demolition, new semi-custom or custom cabinets

- Dedicated circuits, recessed lighting, Title 24 controls

- Permit, inspections and appliance installation

Open-Concept Kitchen

Kitchens where a non-structural wall or soffit comes out to open the room. Load-bearing walls wait for our B license.

Curbless Shower

No curb: for aging in place, wheelchairs or a seamless floor.

- Floor recessed so it runs flat into the shower

- Large-format floor tile continuous with the bathroom
- Fold-down seat and grab bars on blocking
- Permit and inspections

How the fixed price works
- Site visit the same week you call.
- Written estimate within 48 hours: every line, every allowance.
- The price holds for 30 days. Sign within that and it is your contract price.
- Change orders only in writing, priced before the work. That includes hidden damage we find behind a wall.
Payment schedule
California law caps the down payment on a home improvement contract at $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. After that, you pay as work is completed:
Deposit of $1,000 or 10%, whichever is less, at signing. 40% when demolition is done and rough plumbing and electrical pass inspection. 40% when tile and cabinets are installed. The balance at the final walk-through, once you have signed off.
